   Just noticed that http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/exec-php/ prevents editor users from editing posts. My editor was a little confused!

   Grant the following capabilities to role Editor: edit_others_posts, edit_others_pages, edit_others_php and exec_php.

   Having the same problem. I only want the administrator to have edit_others_php and exec_php, but if editors lack the current needed extra exec-php capabilites, they can't moderate comments.

   Just wanted to verify frankpw's solution. I used a plugin called Capability Manager to handle this.
