[Plugin: exclude pages]

    I upgraded to 1.8.1 on two of my sites and now every page in the Exclude Pages option says

    N.B. An ancestor of this page is excluded, so this page is too.

    even on pages that are at the top level. This is not true but it still seems to function like I expect; I can hide and add pages to menu.
