[Plugin: EWWW Image Optimizer] path errors for nextgen

Just in case anyone using nextgen notices, I broke the path validation in 1.0.10. I’ve fixed it in the next version, and am currently running through my regular tests right now before releasing 1.0.11 (shame on me for not running the tests on 1.0.10).
