    Nope, no minimum. Depending on what you used to create the images, your software may have already squeezed all it can out of them. Newer versions of The GIMP and Photoshop seem to have pretty good settings for optimization.

    Also, if you re-optimize an image that has already been fully optimized, it will give that message, since the plugin doesn’t keep track of cumulative savings. The plugin only reports savings on the last optimization run.

    An example of this happening would be if you ran bulk-optimize, then changed an optimization setting like stripping extra info from jpgs, or increased the PNG optimization trials and re-ran bulk-optimize. Or if you had uploaded some images after activating the plugin, but then ran the bulk-optimize.
