• I upgraded to v 5.1.4 this morning and the page that displays my events calendar broke! The page uses a full-width template, but after the upgrade, the right sidebar magically appeared. Also, the calendar disappeared altogether. In its place was only half of the details of one of my events.

I disabled my plugins one-by-one to see if there was a conflict, but to no avail.

I was forced to degrade the version back to 5.1.3 – and now everything works again.

  • Sorry for jumping in on your thread and wagon, Jason, but my experience is almost the same. Rolled back to 5.1.3 after ‘location_maps’ not showing anything but a “Map loading…”-thingy. Tried disabling all other plugins, no luck.

Only theme I’ve managed it to run with so far, is Twenty-Eleven. All Premium Themes (5 diff.) in my drawer fails loading the maps in 5.1.4 (even with clean subdomain installation), but my biggest concern is that my Dynamix theme is not working with 5.1.4. Something crucial must have been altered in the latest release.

    Marcus? Any suggestions?

    One more for the same.
    Rolling back to version 5.1.3

I notice a major overhaul in the admin setup for the recurring events.
    In 5.1.3
    There are

This event repeats every [_] day

    Recurrences span from[_________] to[_________]

Events start from[_________] to[_________] All day [_]

    Each event lasts [__]day(s)

For a recurring event, a one day event will be created on each recurring date within this date range.

    But 5.1.4
    Added
    Event starts on [first|second|third|fourth] [Sunday|Monday|…]
Also checkboxes for which days the event ocurrs on.

That seems like a great idea for events that occur every Tuesday and Wednesday
