    Hiya,

I was just wondering if there is any downside to using 'events' instead of EM_POST_TYPE_EVENT for the $object_type when registering a new taxonomy now.

first, it's 'event'; they are both the same but EM_POST_TYPE_EVENT is more flexible.

there isn't really, it's exactly the same in 99.9% of cases.

EM_POST_TYPE_EVENT is sort of an emergency constant, in case a user has something that MUST stay and uses the event post type, meaning we can't use it and must use another one.

otherwise, we might as well have used 'event' instead.
