Hi there
The main events feed is fine, showing the event name and event date but the categories feeds i.e
events/categories/myfirstcategory/rss
contains the the publish date rather than the event date.
How can I change this?

you could format the rss template in templates/templates/rss.php and copy it to yourtheme/plugins/events-manager/templates/

Thanks for the reply - as far as I can see, the events/categories RSS feeds are formatted by the main WP RSS templates rather than templates/templates/rss.php ?

RSS feeds by EM are generated by your custom events page. You need to have an events page for it to use EM's RSS (you can have both if you enable archiving and also assign a differently slugged page).
