[Plugin: Events Manager] Recurring event reminder emails

    Hi

    A quick “before I upgrade” question. If someone signs up for a recurring event can they get an email reminder for each one?

    I read that the ability to book onto all occurrences of a recurring event is on the to do list. But I really need visitors to be able to signup for a recurring event and receive an email x days before each event.

    Recurring events at the moment are just a set of single events. The only relation they have is that you create them in one go using the recurring events tool.

    Reminders are sent only for each single event that is booked.

    In a few months (2012/13) we’ll be revamping recurrences and this will probably be possible.

    Any news on this yet? I need to set email reminders for customers at a recurring schedule…somehow. please can you assist?

    atm we still can’t give an ETA, we’ve been delayed by some other features coming out very shortly, so I hope to get to rewriting recurrences in a few more months.
