    Hi,

    I want to hide all events manager related stuff from normal users, so only admins, editors, authors and contributors can see that stuff.

    I want to use the plugin to manage our games we get from publishers, that authors who are interested in reviewing a game could simply request that copy.

    No user should request a game copy or see which copys we get :P

    Thanks

    PS: Sorry for my English :P

    Try to use Events Manager user capabilities @ Settings > General > User Capabilities

    you may want to combine EM with another plugin and restrict users from viewing certain post types.

    Either that, or making your events private, and doing as angelo said above and limiting the users that can see private events.

    Wow, thanks for the quick replys! :O

    I'm also using buddypress, can those profile tabs be hidden from "normal" users?

    Wow, cool!

    When I 'read' this code right, it removes the tabs for all users.
    Can this code modified that the tabs will be visible for admins,authors,etc? (only be hidden from subscribers)

    Thanks!

    you can add condition as stated at this post http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/current_user_can

    e.g.

    if (....){
    	bp_core_remove_subnav_item($bp->groups->slug,'group-events');
    	bp_core_remove_nav_item( 'events' );
    }
