Event detail page only displays info in sidebar (9 posts)

    When I click on an event to view it closer the content of the event is displayed in the sidebar and not the content on the page itself. Anybody that can help me on this ? I have the settings Override with format set to yes...

    do you have a sample link? Also, can you try previewing it using default TwentyEleven theme.

    No I'm sorry. I can't provide a link because this site has restricted access and I cant switch to the twentyten theme. This site runs on a template I set up myself but I used the twentyten theme to build on.

    that's okay but you can still try it on a default theme by just previewing it? the reason is to test whether if it is a theme issue or a plugin conflict which you can test by temporarily deactivating them.

    I'm afraid that if I change the default theme I will mess up the website...

    you can preview it in the admin area without actually activating it.

    Yes but not in a different theme right ?

    yes, within Appearence, you just click 'preview', no theme is changed, just previewed by you
