    The event administrator /contact person is not emailed - if indicated so - when a booking is made.

    The person making the booking does receive a confirmation email.

    have you check the option EM Settings > Emails > Booking Email Templates > Email contact person?Yes?

    @agelonwl: yes, I have.

    When I make a booking with a user with role subscriber, the event administrator /contact person IS emailed

    When I make a booking with a user with role administrator, the event administrator /contact person is NOT emailed

    There's been a few reports on this, am going to test this out again.

    Make sure the event admin email is a webmail (e.g. gmail) to check if it's not a mail server configuration issue on your server.
