   All-day events are just that: all day. Time is not relevant.

   Proposal: do not list time (currently "00:00 -00:0") for all day events.

   try #_EVENTTIMES, it should take all day into account

   After reading through the docs I have decided to use the {hastime} conditional, which is false for all-day events and so allows me to hide times for all-day events.
