[Plugin: Events Manager] Cities/town search only works on p. 1 of event listings

Hi there.

As the topic title says: the “cities/town” pull-down menu–which works great on the first page of events listing–does not work on subsequent event listings pages (p. 2 and on). When you pull down the menu, no cities/towns populate the menu.

The “categories” pull-down menu works fine on all pages, but the cities/town one next to it doesn’t.

Any leads/clues as to how to fix this?
