Events Manager
[resolved] Can the admin book an event for another user? (6 posts)

A customer asked me to book for her because she's not able to register. I don't want to explain her that she is already registered but has to log in first to do a new booking (god knows how long it will take me to explain her how...). I want to do the booking for her. Is that possible?

    Thanks, Andrea

yes, use the admin dashboard then Events > Bookings > under "Events With Bookings Enabled" click an event > on the top of the page click Add Booking > choose the username on the dropdown menu

    Oh, thanks for your answer!

But I don't have that "add booking".
    See the screenshot:

    I have WP 3.4.2 / Evenets Manager 5.2.6
