Calendar link is giving 404 error (6 posts)

    Hi

I have downloaded and installed Events Manager Version 5.0.1. I am slowly learning my way around it. I hit on an issue that I cannot understand.

I created a few (non-repeating) events. I can see the event posts when I view them from the event list. As expected, the calendar is highlighted on the event dates. When I hover the event date on the calendar I can see the respective event name on a pop-up, but when I click on the date I get a 404 error.

The event URL that displays correctly is like this (active link):

    http://the-london.sarumbear.com/wp/events/wednesday-at-the-london-quiz-night

This event is dated for 4 January 2012. If I click on that date on the calendar I got the below, non-existing URL.

    http://the-london.sarumbear.com/wp/events2012-01-04/

This happens with all events. What am I doing wrong or what is wrong?

    Thanks

    Riz

it's missing a / before the date. try the latest development version to see if that fixes it - http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/events-manager/download/

v5.0.2 solved the issue. Thank you. I have never experienced such fast response.

probably a different issue. have you tried resaving your permalink settings? an example link would help too

Thanks for the reply... I actually went into the calendar template file and rebuilt the link myself using the event_slug from the array... for some reason the link entry in the array was wrong and it looked just like the one above that sarumbear had.

So, for now I am all set but the issue was never resolved, just fixed.

and yes, I did try the permalink refresh. It's all just very odd.

    Thanks!
