[Plugin: Events Manager] Anonymous submission with location drop down OFF is broken

    Trying out the plugin..

    Anonymous submission using the short-code…

    The form comes up, but with location drop-down turned off, the
    location drop-down still comes up. I would prefer a text-box to allow an address or something. But, it shows the drop down, along with an “Add a location” link, which is a dead link.
