When I go to the Add Events page when I am logged out it does not show the form to fill out to add an event. It shows when I am logged in as admin but not when I am logged out here is the page:

I didn't think there was a place to hide this form. How do I fix this?

hi,
please check the settings at Setting > General > Event Submission Forms > Allow anonymous event submissions? Yes

Thank you that worked :) I had forgotten I had checked that box.
