This has the potential to be a good little plugin if only it wasn’t so quirky. Also, the developer seems to have opted to have a separate forum and although I’ve registered on it so that I can ask for support, I’ve had to wait for a password to be provided. This is frustrating, why can’t you just stick to the WP Support Forum, instead of making us register elsewhere?????

Any my problem is that the placeholders don’t work. I am putting them in the right place on the EME settings, but they’re not working. For instance, in the Default single event format setting I have:

#l, #j#S #F #Y – #H:#i

#_TOWN

#_NOTES

    #_ADDBOOKINGFORM_IF_NOT_REGISTERED

    #_MAP

But the form does not show on the event’s page. And the map doesn’t show. Instead I don’t get a blank green box.

Also, if I logout and then go onto the event’s page is doesn’t show anything.

In my frustration to get this to work, I’ve decided to look elsewhere.

I’m sorry if the doc provided at http://www.e-dynamics.be/wordpress/ and the forum don’t supply you with the needed info. Do you still need support?
If you look into the EME settings page, you’ll see this text for the events page: ‘The content of this page (including shortcodes of any kind) will be ignored completely and dynamically replaced by events data.’
So just use shortcodes (see http://www.e-dynamics.be/wordpress/?cat=17 ) on any page to your liking (just not the event page), and look at the result. And the formatting can be changed by using any of the placeholders for each of the format settings in the EME settings page (see http://www.e-dynamics.be/wordpress/?cat=23 )
