I finally discovered why my widget calendar, on “Events Calendar” plug-in, does not show tootip on mouse-over!

It appears to be an incompatibility between WP Events Calendar and another plug-in: “User Access Manager

I hope putting this post here is “seen” by both authors of the two plug-ins!!! I really need a solution of the problem, because I cannot do without either plug-in.

    I’m using:
    – WP 3.0.1
    – WPEC 6.7.5
    – UAM 1.0.2

And here you can see my blog

Thanks so much for any help. Frank

BTW, if I just disable UAM, then WPEC starts working as designed as shows me the tooltips, so I suspect it’s something introduced in UAM after V1.x ….

Is ANYBODY LISTENING to this topic?

In the mean time I made some experiments, downloading older versions of UAM:

    • version 0.9.1.4 works
    • any other version, starting from 1.0Beta does not work any more!

What happened between these two versions for which the compatibility with Events Calendar has gone?!?!

    HELP PLEASE!!!

Since UAM 1.0 I have rewritten the complete plugin. If I have some time I will see what I can do.

Today I installed Events Calendar Version 6.7.7 and the problem of the pop-up tootip is SOLVED!!!!!

Great: now I can use both plugins at latest level.

    Thanks, Frank
