   Is there a way I can set up a login for a user to be able to add events to the wp events calender

   either from the front end or
   to be able to login as specific user and only see and be able to edit the calender plugin - nothing else

   have tried role scoper , user access manager and enhanced capability manager - can only seem to limit access to posts or pages or categories - not one specific plugin

   thanks I have been trying all day to sort this

   have just solved my own question

   using the options on wp events calender - selected access level = contributor

   installed Capability Manager Enhanced

   then went into users>capabilities and changed contributors capabilities - unchecking edit and delete posts possibilities. Now when i login as specific user > on contributor access - I only have access to the calender plugin - no posts or pages
