[Plugin: Event Calendar / Scheduler] Page calendar style is out of whack

Hello,

I love the plugin. Functionally it does everything a good calendar should do. But, I am stuck trying to get the style correct. Here are some of the issues…

On month view, half of the Sunday column is missing.

On month view, the calendar entry starts outside the day, and is cut off.

On the widget, I need the title to say “Upcoming Events”, not “Oncoming Events”.
