[Plugin: Event Calendar / Scheduler] Calendar

I previously had a google calendar and changed to appointy. I want a calendar where I can have people schedule sitters to enter their home for more than one hour at a time. I want the sitters (my employees) to be able to send me their availability without the clients seeing their available time slots. I want it where clients can request a time, then we can match up with an available sitter. Appointy is close to this but I want to be able to see everyone, I do not want sitters to see others available time. I want to keep it interactive but I want total control in case of a last minute change in assignments.
