I am using Event Calendar 3 to manage events. However, I do not want to use the military time format that is in the posts time and date selection. Is there a way to change the 24 hour clock setup to a 12 hour clock?

It's only displayed in military time when you set an event. To the readers, it shows as an AM or PM. Be sure to set your time zone to something in America.
