   I have installed the plugin but when I click on the "settings" I get the following message:

   You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

   Can you help please?

   The link from the Widgets section is not working. Use the link from the Settings in the left navigation of the WP admin.

   I will upload a fix for the broken widgets link later today.

   I had this problem done what you said, set it up but it does not seem to be actually blocking the cookies.
