I tested a transaction and received errors. The reply I received from First Data was this: "If you are using a Production account remove the line x_test_request or set the value in your software to FALSE."
Any idea where to make this change?

We don't support First Data as a merchant gateway in eShop itself, so I can only assume that you obtained an add-on module from someone else. If that's the case, I can only suggest that you contact the module's developer.
No, we didn't obtain an add-on module. We just plugged it into authorize.net on eShop. Do you know of one that would work?
Sorry - no. We can only support the Authorize.net module when you're actually using Authorize.net.
I guess that's where the confusion is. I thought First Data and Authorize.net were somehow integrated.
Here's some info I found on it on the First Data site: https://firstdata.zendesk.com/entries/407521.
4.2.1 With a Shopping Cart
Global Gateway e4℠ Payment Pages are coded to connect with any shopping cart that follows the Authorize.NET SIM model.
Merchants interested in using an Authorize.NET-compatible shopping cart can contact First Data directly to confirm its workability.
Integration is fairly straightforward:
One file in the cart software is renamed
Two variables from the Global Gateway e4℠ Payment Page configuration are inserted in the shopping cart configuration
eShop does not support the First Data gateway nor will we be adding it.
