[Plugin: eShop] Trouble editing products (4 posts)

    Hiya. At the moment I am still running the testing version of eShop, and I'm finding it a very enjoyable experience on the whole.

    My problem is: I can create a product page with no problem. It lists in the store fine.
    However if I update or change the product page, the stock tick box is un-ticked. If I tick it again and save, it blanks again. The product now thinks there's none in stock, and removes itself form the store.
    I want to sell limited edition items, so the loss of this function is a bit perplexing.
    What could be causing it?

    EDIT: Something else that's now happening is that the "add to cart" options have disappeared when viewing the products. I'm unsure why.

    Are you using stock control? have you set the stock quantity to more than 1?

    that is the only reason I can think of that would affect the stock available check box.

    The add to cart only shows when a product is in stock...

    I'm having this problem too only it happens as I'm setting up a product for the first time. I'm trying to set up a download-only store but that checkbox keeps unchecking when I update the page. I've just start using version 5.02 today with WordPress 2.9.2.

    I'll run a quick test, but are you sure you filled in all the correct information?
