When someone checks out and goes to paypal it looks like that is working. However, the transaction in eshop goes directly into the fail tab. Why does it go directly their and email us an error. The transaction does go thru on paypal end. What do I need to change. Thank you.

There will be clues in the email that is sent to the admin -both in the subject and the text in the email before the variables.

I will check this out. We are still having the orders go into the fail tab. Another question for you? Can it be set up so and editor can view order information and stats? If so, how do I do that. Thanks.

yes that can be set up, you will need a role manager plugin to accomplish it.

I seem to recall that some eShop users have found http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/user-role-editor/ to be useful for this.

I will try that. It seams that we have the orders not going to the fail section or tab. Yea. One more question? I selected an image of the product to show up in the cart. I put 80 in the box for the percentage. However, all that shows up when you check out is a shopping cart and not the product image. What do I need to change. Thank You.

Can you replicate the problem using the Twenty Eleven theme with all other plugins deactivated? My guess is that it will be a theme issue. What theme are you currently using?

Fist off, thank you for this great plugin guys. I have been using eshop for a few years now, and I am suddenly getting failed transaction emails as well, even though payments are successfully being made to PayPal (I believe this error started to appear after the most recent update).

At the moment I do not know if paypal's IPN is working correctly and I am unable to test transactions within their sandbox. When I am able to again I will be checking to see if it works or not.
However, generally if the plugin did work, and no longer works, then the issue lies outside of the plugin.

We keep getting this error when we active Buddy Press. Can you tell me what we need to do to resolve the issue.

Where do I go to post a new support question or post? Can't remember where to go. They don't make it easy to find. You would think when you are in your profile there would be button to post a new support question. Guess that is to easy. Any help you can offer where to post would be great.

so this is now a buddyPress issue? or is a conflict that only happens if eShop is active?
For new threads you can go to the plugins page, and chose support from the menu, and then scroll to the bottom of the page.
