No it is not. This book is for shipping only.
I’m sorry but we cannot replicate your problem. Tax in a single State/County/Province works just fine for us. Can you replicate the problem using the Twenty Eleven theme with all other plugins deactivated? Have you double checked all of your state zones and your sales tax set up?

Is there someone I can call and speak with? I have been working on this for 2 and a half days. I need to have it fixed for a client by today at noon.
No. eShop is a free plugin. Have you tried all of my suggestions above?

So what you are saying is it will only work if I am using the Twenty Eleven theme and I have no other plugins installed?
No – I asked if you could replicate the problem under those conditions.

Im not using the twenty eleven theme and I have other plugins activated, so I guess I don’t understand your question. I’m sorry but I’m not picking up what you are putting down. 😉
Your theme and other plugins could be interfering. Please try to replicate the problem using the Twenty Eleven theme with all other plugins deactivated.
