yep, ask your host what they changed.
They upgraded to 3.3.2
check your settings, check your spam queue. If that is all they did there shouldn't be any problem with the emails whatsoever.
Apparently it didn't just break the confirmation emails; about half of my customers aren't getting their download links. Gonna try to revert to an old backup...
