   Hi

   When a customer buys a product, the shipping cost is calculate and appears on the page. When you click and go through to paypal, the shipping costs do not show up on the amount to be paid.

   I'm not sure where to start in fixing this problem,

   please help

   make sure you don't have any discounts set up for free shipping.

   does the order in the back end have the shipping added or not?

   and have you tested with all other plugins deactivated and in twenty ten or twenty eleven theme?

   [edit] forgot one, check Paypal's settings as well.

   Hi,

   I've now carried out all the checks and am still having no luck. I've looked into the paypal settings and can't see anything wrong there.

   I've ticked the box that asks paypal not to calculate postage, but still no luck.

   We are still getting payments coming through ignoring the shipping amount.

   The site is now in twenty 10 with all plugins deactivated apart from the shop

   yup sorry, as the site is live i had to switch it back this morngin (UK time)

   I can revert it again this evening, or at a time that is suitable for you, but I can't leave it like that indefinately.

    I'm afraid it's impossible to give you a timeframe. All of our free support is carried out in our spare time on an "as and when " basis.
