    I need to set shipping up to do this:

    $15.00 to $29.99 $6.95 $8.95 $21.95 $39.95
    $30.00 to $44.99 $7.95 $9.95 $23.95 $41.95
    $45.00 to $59.99 $9.95 $12.95 $25.95 $43.95
    $60.00 to $74.99 $11.95 $14.95 $27.95 $45.95
    $75.00 to $89.99 $13.95 $16.95 $30.95 $48.95
    $90.00 to $99.99 $15.95 $18.95 $33.95 $50.95
    $100.00 and more FREE!3 Only 10% of
    your purchase!2 30% of

    Is this possible?

    look at using shipping class 4.

    How would I do that, it is by price not weight? Class 4 says enter weight?

    a weight can be any unit though - so if you want to set the weight of units to the same as the price...

    did you ever figure this out? I'm trying to do exactly the same thing w/ woocommerce, that is charge a percentage of the total order for shipping and over a certain amt it's free shipping. Looks like you are using eshop but I'm using woocommerce.
