   We're trying to figure out a way to include Terms and Conditions within the Checkout process.

   For now we have a link in the wordpress footer, but it'd be great to have a checkbox that folks have to select before their order can be placed.

   I can see that as being beneficial to others - would the best place for this be near the submit button when the customer fills in their details?

   That sounds like as good a place as any.

   A checkbox and a link to the Toc's would be great.

   Did this get made? I really need a checkbox under my comments that must be checked before a comment can be submitted. I can get the checkbox there, but am unable to write the code to say... if checkbox is blank comment cannot submit...

   Any help would be great :)
