You can’t, after 4 days all orders are moved to the deleted section.

I don’t get it.
i place an order, pay with ideal (pending). Go to Dashboard, click pending-tab and the order is removed. Looks like a bug! Why is an payed order moved to trash, it’s payed.

If it is still in pending after 4 days then it is removed, did you check before 4 days?

if it’s payed, is it pending? i didn’t get a mail of the orders, so i didn’t checked anything.

they aren’t deleted, but moved to the deleted page for manual deletion. paypal can take 4 days to contact the site – hence they get removed after that 4 day period.
If you are not receiving emails, then eShop isn’t verifying the order for what ever reason. I would suggest you check into that asap.
As there has not been an update to this topic for a while, I can only assume that the issue has now been resolved and I am now marking it as such. If this is incorrect, please feel free to change the topic’s status and/or post a followup.
