   I have updated to the latest version of everything, but I am still having this issue. People buy eBooks and I have to send them manually through email. In the beginning it used to just send it to them automatically. Am I missing something?

   Do you receive any emails from WordPress itself (eg. new users & comment notifications)?

   I do get a comment messages.

   Are the order marked as complete in eShop->Orders? Have you tried making a test purchase yourself? Can you replicate the problem using Twenty Eleven with all other plugins deactivated?
