   After the editing, i need to delete all the country listed and recreate again.

   After succesfully deleted all the countries, the problem arrise when im trying to add back the country:

   Code: MY
   Country: Malaysia
   Zone: 1.

   The Error Message:

   Error the following were not valid: You cannot delete all the Countries!

   P/S: ORDERS link is broken too.

   Re-install eShop and this time, do not delete all of the countries.

   after re-install, I founded this:

   1. eShop > Orders : broken

   and this: (the most important of all)

   2. Settings > eShop (broken, I cant go live)

   Tried to uninstall, delete plugin and start over. But failed.

   You must delete the plugin via WordPress to ensure that all db tables are removed. Also delete all Pages created by eShop (Checkout, Downloads etc) and all product Posts or Pages before re-installing eShop.
