i am finally ready to launch my web site but when i do practice orders my freight rates are not consistant with what my suppliers are telling me they would charge. sometimes charges are way over what should be.

What shipping method are you using? Method 4 (ship by weight)?

There isn't a Shipping Method 5 in eShop. Only 1-4.

Please look again. As one of eShop's devs, I can assure you that it only has Shipping Methods 1-4.

e-shop, i click on shipping, takes me to "shipping rates" page.
after shipping from & zip codes spaces there is a heading "shipping rate calculations" these are the 5 methods listed under this heading:
method 1: (per qnty of 1, prices reduced)
method 2: (once per shipping class no matter what qnty)
method 3: (once overall charge no matter what qnty)
method 4: (by weight & zone)
method 5: (by ups service)method 5 is the one we had chose through my web designer. they don't know why it is not giving acurate rates and are useless since i have paid them already for web site.

I am sorry but there is no method 5 in the eShop default plugin. I can only assume that someone has customised the plugin to add this - in which case there is no way we can help. Try going back to the person who customised it.
