   If using eShop, what do I set in my PayPal account for the return URL (the script PayPal executes on my server)?

   you don't need to eShop handles that itself.

   So if I've previously set the return URL in my PayPal account (in an attempt to work with another plugin) should I blank it out? Or does it not make any difference because eShop overrides it?

   create a 1 penny product and test it - but I don't think it matters either way.
