    Hi webeida,

    Thanks for trying my plugin.
I had tested the plugin over different WordPress Versions with basic themes and not found any problems.

    Try this:

First clear your browser cache. If you are using Google Chrome, Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete. It will open a new window for “Clear Browsing Data”.

Also double check your browser is not blocking any JavaScript.

If the problem is not solved, post back again with your website link and the name of theme you are using.

Hi Libin, thanks for the quick reply.

I cleared the browser cache for both browsers I use (Google Chrome & IE8) but I still have the problem where the widgets don’t work in the WP dashboard (basically I can’t edit my existing widgets and I can’t add new ones).

My website is http://www.westirelandcycling.com and the theme I am using is Graphene (ver. 1.8.1).

    Thank you very much.

    Hi webeida,

I just downloaded the Graphene (ver. 1.8.1) theme and tested it on my TEST website with “Erident Custom Login and Dashboard” plugin only. Actually there is no problems found.

So I believe the problem may happen with conflict of any other plugins you installed.

You can do a trial and error method by deactivating/uninstalling each plugin you installed and checking the problem solved or not.

That solved the problem. Thank you.

Incidently, the issue was with a plugin called “Drop Shadow Boxes” and I suspect that the issue is probably associated with his plugin as opposed to yours.

Happy to hear that you solved the problem.

Don’t forget to rate my plugin. 🙂
