   Would it be possible to create a link around the title and the content?

   You could add a checkbox under "Open the URL in a new window checkbox" and maybe call it "Wrap link around title & content".

   There's no option for this because it wouldn't be W3C valid code.

   However, you can wrap your content in a link then check the "do not output before/after widget..." option to have the widget only output the content.
