I'm guessing this is particular to my setup because everyone would be complaining, but I'm running WordPress through Apache on a Windows 2003 Server and while I get no errors, I also get no confirmation that the replacement was made, and in fact the replacement is not made. How can I begin to debug this? I have no problem getting into the code ... just hoping to get a beat on where the point of failure might be.
