    I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems, but in fact the plugin works fine.

    There is no realistic way that the images could be cropped instead of resized, unless you have redefined thumbnail sizes in your active theme since the pictures were first uploaded.

    All the plugin does when resizing the images is calling the very same WordPress functions that are used when you normally upload a picture to WP.
