   This will be useful when one wants to rename a category to something else. Say I find out that I don't like my "Boring" category and wish to swap it to "Funny". Unfortunately this would mean that all posts previously rated as Boring would be now "Funny" which would be a bit misguiding.

   Thus, an option to clear all the votes in one particular emotion might be useful.

   Good idea! Will probably be implemented.
