   Hi there,
   I am new to WP.
   Can you please explain how to add my own text/content to the disclaimer?

   Welcome to WordPress :)

   For this example, we'll use http://www.website.com as our demonstration website.

   1. Create a new page on your website (log in, Pages > New Page). This can be found at http://www.website.com/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=page

   2. Enter a title and your disclaimer text. If you don't want the public to view this page by itself, change the visibility from Public to Private under the Publish box on the right. Click the teal "Publish" button when you're done.

   -- LOOK AT THE ADDRESS BAR --
   You'll see the address of your newly-published page as something like http://www.website.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=###&action=edit&message=6. Remember the 3 digits to the right of the ?post=.

   3. Go to the popup settings page at http://www.website.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=emc2-popup-disclaimer/emc2pdc-admin.php. Enter the 3 digits in the first text box to the left of the "Post Search" button. Enter "1" in the Number of days to hold..." box, and fill out the button text and redirection URL boxes. Click "Save Settings"!

   Your disclaimer should now work :)
