[Plugin: Email Users] Not working in 3.3.2?

    Nothing in v4.0.0 changed how mail was actually sent. The majority of the code added or changed in this update was in two areas:

    1. Menus on the WordPress Dashboard now conform to the API.
    2. Plugin Options now conform to the API.
    3. New functionality to manage user email settings without having to visit the user profile page for each user.

    Does the “Send Test Email” function work?
