   I just installed the plugin and when I select the option to send an e-mail to a group, there are no groups listed. I have searched this forum and the plugin website for any information regarding how groups are created and don't see anything. Thanks.

   ajaypatel_aj, I never figured this out and gave up trying to use this plugin. The developer's website says that you should be able to e-mail groups based on roles.

   I did try the plugin Emu2 - Email Users 2. It did allow me to e-mail groups based on roles, but unfortunately it didn't really match my needs either. Sorry, I can't be of more help.

   Wondering the same thing myself I'm guessing that the users have to opt to recieve e-mails in their WordPress Profile settings. Obviously this being a terrible thing for what I needed, I'm doing it the old fashion way and shift highlighting the users. Not ideal, but being the lightest e-mail plugin I've found; it's going to have to work for now.
