   Hi,

   I downloaded this plugin yesterday to help with mass emailings; when I attempted to use the send message to group(s) function today, it tells me that the messages send, but it doesn't. I can verify this because I'm actually on the group of users to receive the message.

   I'm running version 4.3.14 of the plugin and 3.4.1 of wordpress. And all of my users are set to receive mass emails.

   Do you receive mail correctly from WordPress when new users are registered or when comments are added to your site?

   You know, I don't know. I don't believe so. I don't think I receive mail at all.

   You may want to take a look at WP Mail SMTP plugin. I am using this plugin on one of the sites I look after because the standard wp_mail() functionality doesn't work. Are you running an IIS server by chance?
