[Plugin: Email Before Download] Using plugin on direct download monitor page

Hi,

The plugin works great with shortcode.

But I wanted to use the plugin on my general Download Monitor Page link to which is in the top horizontal menu(http://kmindustrialcorp.com).

I used the shortcode in the Download page created to display the dowload files page. I can see the form to enter the name and email id, but the downloads also show up below the form.

How do I make sure that the downloads are seen only once the user enters the details?
