   The drag'n'drop and the opening/closing of widgets in the WP 3.3 admin interface does not work, if the Electric Studio Download Counter 0.7.2 plugin is active. There is an unhandled JS error produced by that plugin and it seems to stop other JS magic from happening.

   A temporary solution is to deactivate the plugin.
