[Plugin: EG-Attachments] Order by menu order would be lovely :)

    Hi

    Even if it’s not written in the documentation, you can use menu_order to sort attachments with this field (at least with version 1.9.2).

    You can do [attachments orderby="menu_order desc"] for example.

    To make menu_order visible in the media download window, you have to click on one of the following links Sort Order:Ascending | Descending | Clear (on the top of this window).

    Hey Emmanuel,

    I’ve tried this, no luck, and on a few different pages.

    I have the ‘Do you want that auto shortcode options become the default options for the TinyMCE EG-Attachments Editor?’ option active in settings and here ORDER BY TITLE is selected on the dropdown. Does this matter?

    Note that using the caption hack still works, but no matter what I do to change the menu_order, they are always ordered by title.

    Yes, you are right, my comment is correct, but only for manual shortcode.
    I will publish the version 1.9.3 very soon (perhaps today or tomorrow), I will add menu_order in the list.
