It supports Multi-Site. I use this plugin on my blog
Edit Flow supports multisite in the sense that you can easily activate the plugin on multiple sites. It doesn’t currently allow you to pull posts from other sites within your network… this would take a fair amount of code to do in a performant way.

I would love to see this feature and would be willing to pay for the coffee to achieve this.
No plans to build at this time. You might consider FeedWordPress for this purpose.
I was more thinking of being able to schedule and view all the posts on the entire network on the main site so our editors don’t have to go to all the blogs and find out whats ready to publish…etc.

I would also love to see this awesome plugin work sitewide. I run a massive multisite and our editors could really benefit from only going to one editflow instead of one for each sub site.
Please let me know what could be done to make this happen.
